Private Chef Dining
Book an in-house chef for the length of your stay, or for a single signature evening. Menus are built around fresh, local ingredients and the same fine-dining standard Robin has carried from a Michelin-level career in the Netherlands to his own table on Curaçao.

Start each morning with a breakfast service built for the group, delivered fresh and made with local produce, no planning required on your part.

The wellness pavilion, open kitchen, and shared dining spaces were designed with retreat leaders in mind. Whether you're bringing a yoga group, a wellness program, or a creative workshop, Casa Colinas gives you the space to run it properly, with the option to fully outsource the food to us.
